On offer is an extensive choice of meats and seafood steaks grilled to perfection. Choose from perennial favorites like the New York Strip and Sirloin to the...
Two great restaurants in one
Restaurant was relatively empty on a Saturday evening, but service was really slow, drinks took almost an hour to arrive. Even the food, after additional delay, cold after it finally arrived. The waitress blamed their new computer system for their issues. The restaurant is beautiful and the books throughout it add to the experience. However, I'll never go back until they fix their issues.
Steak was ordered medium but came to table rare. Up charge for salad bar is ridiculous for the price you pay for the steak. Overall food was mediocre. Will not return. Not 1 of the 4 in the party thought their meal was good.
My wife and I have eaten at Chuck's many times before. We have never had an issue with their one of a kind meals and exceptional service. This specific night my wife ordered the 'Chicken Carbonara' while I ordered my usual Meatloaf dinner with mushroom, onion and...

I haven't been there in about 10 years but they seem to have retained most of the amenities and services that I fondly recall. This is not a top-end steak house to impress your best clients but it has a very comfortable and welcoming...

The History of Chuck's Steak House!
Yes, there really is a Chuck, and his name is Charles Chuck Rolles. Chuck graduated from the Cornell Hotel and Restaurant School in 1956, and then moved to Hawaii, and in 1959, opened the first of a number of restaurants that bear his name in Waikiki. After opening his second steak house in Waikiki, he was the first to bring the steak house and salad bar...
