The staff at this location were all very nice and all the games were in working order.

Polite staff, despite the chaos of the venue families and children alike were polite. Down side was it was so busy many games ran out of tickets so even though the player would have won tickets (in one case the "mega win") they got nothing and were disappointed.

this place is so dirty, every single table is dirty with about 2 families in here. the state are not polite and clearly dont care whatsoever. but this also falls on their management team.

We got here at 1:20pm. The signs all over the windows and outside say buffet from 11am -2pm. We waited in line bc the one cashier was helping a family select items. We told her we wanted the buffet. She told us they had already put the food away. So the sign to be corrected to 1pm. We are sitting waiting for a pizza we ordered and can clearly see the buffet is still out and ppl are eating from...

We went on Wednesday during the limited offer $15 for 1 hour of unlimited play time. My oldest was thrilled to even get tickets. I also printed off coupons for the salad bar and for 1 med pizza and 2 drinks for a decent price. The place was completely empty. At the most there was maybe 5 kids including my 2 boys. We normally go to main event just because in honesty, I just can't take this...
