This is the Chuck E Cheese's we typically go to. Staff is very friendly and nice. The games are kept in good condition and maintained. The floors are clean as well as the tables and bathrooms. Seems smaller with less entertainment. When i was a kid it seemed so magical with endless things to do but unfortunatly my poor kid got boored after an hour and a half. Just not what it used to be. Waste of money :(

Went to the one in Hamburg NY for my girls birthday in September and after eating half of out pizza we all lifted up our... last piece to find a green black fuzzy ball of mold. The manager took care of it but did not say how she was going to make it right. First she offered us free food
