Business description (1)

So this would be where the elder statesmen of Shaw hold court. From the tunes on the jukebox to the mirrored portrait of Malcolm X to the older clientele, not much about Chuck & Billy’s has changed in its 17 years. But it’s not about the decorum: it’s about generous soul food take-aways by day, local live music by night and neighborhood flair. A DC original.
