The worst I have ever experienced !

I don't EVER write reviews...but I feel like I must let everyone know NOT to use this company! I hired christy over the phone to clean one of my rental homes. The home is only 1100 sq ft and empty...her first quote was close to $500. When I said no she went down to $250. She didn't do anything she said she would do. The stove was filthy the shower doors were filthy the microwave still had food in it. When I called christy to talk to her about it she refused to talk to me or my husband. She would only text about how the job was done 3 weeks ago and she wasn't responsible! What kind of business owner treats her customers like this? No one was living in the house I needed it cleaned for a new renter! So I cleaned it myself and christy kept all my money...telling me she didn't realize how far the drive was and she spent too much money in gas. I gave her 1 star bc they made me. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. Oh and her and her guy that works for her will tell you she sold the business to him but they're both full of it.
