Dr Windsor saved my husbands life. Removed cancerous kidney and cancer cells near it. Complete recovery and cancer free for over a year. Wonderful surgeon.

I got Dr. Bertram as an ER surgeon after complications from a surgery about surgeon there did. Dr Bertram admitted me to the hospital and monitored my condition. I don't 2 over nights there. Saw him 5am Friday morning and told me he'd check back around lunch time. He ended up in surgery and left by 4 without seeing any of his patients. Didn't answer the phone when on call. Toral incompetence. Had to be rushed to the emergency room because of severe bleeding from surgery he performed on me. Did not suture an artery, I loss a lot of blood. Also gave incorrect post OP wound care instructions.

Dr Windsor performed surgery on me and did not suture an artery. I could have bled to death. I had to go to the ER the same night of the surgery to have it cauterized to stop the bleeding. He refused to accept any responsibility. He also gave me terrible post-op care instructions.

Spends lots of time at appointments, does an excellent job explaining things, and appears to really care for his patients. Highly recommend
