I've been with State Farm for 2 years. I contacted Chris when I noticed my insurance premium kept going up at renewal time. I had no claims and they haven't paid no money out on me. Chris was absolutely not helpful with my concerns and wasn't able to give me any renewal discount. I let my policy expire and switched to another insurance company with a better rate and better coverage! One month...
