Cho's tailor is NOT for wedding alterations. They said they could do certain alterations and then failed to complete any of them and did not refund my money. Gown was there for nearly 3 months to have it taken in, sweetheart neckline added, buttons added down the back and bustled. Sweetheart was WAY off centered, buttons crooked, bustle wasn't ever done due to them not knowing how to do it. Had...
