This restaurant serves grilled chicken chopped up and served in a bowl or sandwich, but there are infinite combinations from the ingredients you can choose from. Then, to top it all off, there are multiple different sauces/dressings/salsa that can be applied. Finally, it is all tossed together. The two different salsa I chose were fresh and delicious.
