Required an appointment window of 4 hours; showed before appointment when nobody was home; made me wait 3.5 hours, only to let me know they weren't going to make the appointment. I will never do business with Choate ever again.

Choate is absolutely horrible. Their workers don't speak English, they rip out plants from your flower bed, they take short cuts when installing the pipes for your sprinkles...and when you call to have them … Choate is absolutely horrible. Choate USA is a joke. If you want to get ripped off then this is the place to go. They are VERY dishonest .
