As a new patient, I would hope that the office staff would be a little more sensitive and willing to provide quality service to patients. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way, with this provider's office, that money takes priority over patient care. I was scheduled an appointment recently, and wasn't told how much I would pay out of pocket until I physically ARRIVED in the office. I was told that nobody could check on the cost and call me back, prior to my appointment, because they were "closed for break between 12pm - 2pm, and probably didn't have time as they MAY have been assisting other patients." Really? Either they were assisting other patients, or they WEREN'T assisting other patients. Isn't that what schedules are for; to look at and verify if you have patients scheduled or not? The fact is, the office staff dropped the ball, and instead of owning up to it as their mistake, it ended up being MY fault, and was put to me that way in an email from the office staff. I work for a health care provider and I NEVER treat my patients this way. Word of advice--make sure you check your OWN benefits before going there, and make sure that you ask SPECIFICALLY how much you're going to pay out-of-pocket PRIOR to arriving to your appointment. Otherwise, if you don't ask, you'll be surprised with a nice little off-the-wall amount of money that you'll have to pay. I don't know if the actual providers are good or not; I never made it past page 2 of the initial paperwork I had to fill

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
