I don’t usually write reviews of fast food places, because getting food from any place that is consistently staffed by teenagers is going to be a dicey experience, but I felt compelled to do so after two recent visits to the Ithaca location.
Two weeks...
We stopped by for takeout, the restaurant was out of so many items. Not to mention the service was super slow and they only had 3 people preparing and the cashier was sitting down. Will most likely not be back
First time ever visiting. I got a bowl with pulled pork and all the trimmings...I was worried it would be spicy but it was perfect...the portion of rice and beans was huge...good guacamole....would definitely go back
This location is almost always staffed by annoyed, ambivalent, and often rude people. They also rarely listen to what you say, if you want "a little" of something, they'll either ignore you or give you an annoyed look.
Also, I don't know how a counter...
