Chin's is not an authentic Chinese restaurant - though there are some dishes that are certainly inspired. Rather, it's about as close as I've seen to the quality Chinese restaurants you find in New York. The food is very fresh! Wow. Best eggroll ever

So this place has ramen on Sundays! And Omg is it good. If your a foodie like me, then you will really enjoy the sus vied egg. Cinamon in the eggroll. Unexpected. The owner and his wife are very friendly, and all about making authentic made from scratch Asian food. Quite possibly the best in town.

I was appalled at the service of this "restaurant". My daughter who is three wanted noodles so my husband stopped at Chin's. As we initially ordered, the cashier attempted to over charge us. When questioned she "recalculated" the total which was reduced by over $4. We ordered the food to go but then my daughter started crying as we were leaving so we sat back down so she could eat a little bit....
