I have only been to Chinese Mirch twice, but both times I have been extremely impressed. The food is fresh, hot (and I mean HOT) and tasty, using a variety of spices to give it a unique twist. It has been quiet both times, but this is an undiscovered gem, even if it is on Route 9.

The meals are a mixture of Hakka and Sichuan Chinese and Indian style--that means mostly spicy. But not all the food is spicy. I started with the vegetarian sweet corn soup and then snitched one of my wife's hara bhara kebab--a lentil and spinach patty baked in an oven--very tasty. We visited the restaurant with a party of seven.We being vegetarian the restaurant offered a good selection of Chinese Indian style vegetarian food which was served with 20 minutes of ordering.The food was tasty and the portions were reasonable.A good clean restaurant and revisit when I am back in Boston.
