Chinese Kitchen Restaurant

AWFUL. Back in the day this place was the best in Waco. Everyone's first time eating Chinese. Now, it's terrible. I really want to say this place is the best, they use to be the best. I really wanted them to succeed better. But no way they can recover unless someone takes over and gets them back to excellent.
