Took about 1 1/2 hours to get our food after being quoted 45 minutes. They offered me a 6 pack of soda which I declined. Food was still hot and pretty good. Why not be proactive and call the customer and give them a heads up that their order is going to be late. You have the phone number. That's what good customer service is.

Tried to overcharge by $10 on a delivery and after talking them down to only overcharging by a couple dollars had the nerve to complain when I didn't give them a tip and argue about it. At best the food was edible. Never again.

The first rice was poorly made. Shrimp were too small and had a strong fish smell. I have eaten fried rice from other places where the shrimp were at least medium and the smell of the shrimp was not over powering.

The worst service you can possibly get anywhere in Seattle. The only reason for 2 stars is because the food is great.
