Help us make it rightThe Chimneysweep Lounge bar and has been open since the 1960s and there is a good reason for its endurance. It has a real homey, neighborhood bar feeling, where everyone really does know your name. The lights are low, the clientele is varied in age and lifestyle, and there are several beers on tap. The bartenders mix mean drinks of any kind. Customers just sit and hang out or test their pool...
In Short
Leather booths, swivel chairs and wood wall paneling create a fun, retro feel largely free of pretense-- ""Cheers"" if it were a happy dive. The staff often remembers patrons and...
Dive bar, pretty calm and quaint area to grab a drink. Great place to chat and drink. Good ambience, fairly priced drinks and always free popcorn which is awesome. Definitely your place for a good drink and dive bar environment.

Turning 50 in 2013, this no-frills, no-fuss “dive among dives” hidden at the back of a Sherman Oaks strip mall has been preserved in amber since long before the fall of the USSR; “low-key” and “not usually crowded”, it’s “a great hangout” if you’re looking to “chill with friends”, “play some pool” or cue up some tunes on an eclectic jukebox.
Located in the back of the Woodman Plaza shopping Center, Chimneysweep Lounge does not have any food on-site but will take orders for the restaurant next door. The interior features a gas fireplace with several surrounding seats as well as televisions, a pool table, juke box and ATM. Drinks are very inexpensive at the bar. Chimneysweep does not get much traffic on weekdays, but after 7pm when...
