Totally disregarded the 3 hour time window. After a 30 second inspection was told there had been a chimney fire and I needed a new lining. A second opinion came up with no chimney fire. Everything is in good order.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stay far away from this company. I am writing this on behalf of my senior parents, who were taken for a ride by this guy. He installed a gas fireplace...
