Horrible service, horrible food. We watched others get up and leave after waiting to be helped. Wish we would have left too.

I come here often but lately this restaurant has gone so far downhill. We have walked out waiting to be seated, service is slow, waiters are extremely inattentive. This will be my last visit.

We have always enjoyed Chillis. We walked out of the Osage Beach location after waiting 20 min. and the host didn't even act like he knew we were waiting to be seated. Very disappointing.
