Wish they could get a to go party order correct! Had to make 2 trips to get the order complete. Very poor customer service by Melissa. They get mad and stern with me because I’m frustrated!

Horrible, inedible food

Chicken sandwich was inedible, tough chicken with grizzled parts, black avocado, bacon that was nothing but fat. This food should have been sent to the compost bin. Could not eat but a few bites of roll. Health department should be aware.

I’ve been to this particular Chili’s quite often... The food is great. But, I suggest if you’re going for lunch to sit in the bar area if you want good service. The waiter they have for the regular seating area is rude and a horrible...
