My family and I had a late lunch there today (around 2:30pm). Worst experience by far that I have ever had in a restaurant. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. If the restaurant had been busy, maybe this wouldn't be that bad of a review, but it wasn't even at half capacity. I can't tell you how much my family and I love this Chili's. The managers, Shane, Beverly, Shannon and Carol are the best . We are known by most of the wait staff when we walk in. Not too long ago when we walked thru the door, our silverware and plates were set at our favorite table already. Had the worst experience tonight. The waiter was very unprofessional. He told us have s name was wolf & if we needed him to howl. We got our own refills & i finally went & got my own drink from the bar. Very disappointed, used to be our favorite place to eat. Do not plan on ever going back.
