Many of the teachers are great and deserve the full 5 starts, but the school and administration itself deserves 1 at most. Tuition has increased year over year, this year alone about 5.5%. I went to preschool at Rainbow Rascals and it is a great place. The staff is well-trained and able to handle anything; they are also great with kids. The facilities are well-maintained and kid-friendly.
