In 2011 she met with our (then 5-yr old) daughter for a pretty severe turned-out eye. While we've known doctors that were more comfortable in the exam room and consults, Dr. Patterson was professional (if not as friendly as some people demand in a doctor), patient with my long list of questions & concerns, and gave us thorough answers. My child has a vision discrepancy, far sighted in only one eye. We felt Dr. Patterson did not listen well to my child or to me and our appointments were rushed. My child is a voracious reader who had spelling issues and she dismissed my child's vision as relevant to spelling (!).
