“It's nothing special but it's eatable and cheap. Something that will satisfy the sushi craving on a tuesday night not something you make a night out of with your friends.”

“Sorry to say the food was sub par. The "pork" dumplings had almost NO meat in them, the "hibachi" rice was made with cheap white rice, not fried on a hibachi grill and did not even contain the ingredients stated on the menu. The link to salmon sushi registered as salmon roe, and that was an unpleasant surprise. All in all, very low quality and not worth the $40 we spent on 2 people! Oh HELL no!”

“I love Chikurin. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality. I happen to like eel and some places send really gross chewy slimy pieces of eel that make me gag and their eel is very good quality. They aren't as fancy as some other places with their rolls but they are an excellent stand-by basic Japanese restaurant, can't go wrong! ”

“We order here at least once a week. The portions are sizable especially for the price. Everything is always fresh, well-made, and tasty. The manager and the waitstaff are always friendly and helpful. My go-to place for Japanese.”
