Disrespectful, inflexible, and wasteful head staff at the Chicago Tutoring Center.

I found the staff at Chicago Tutoring Center to be wasteful of the time they spend with their students. I was in this place and observed that despite their policy of 2 students to one teacher, I seen three students to one teacher. One of the students sat alone at a separate table, taking what appeared to be an exam the entire time. I arrived with my child and he too was handed a test to work on for basic math, despite being in 7th grade. It was so long that he required a second hour session to complete it.

Considering they charge $200.00 to as a registration fee and tool rentals and...
