The clerk (office attendants) are awful at taking care of their job. No organization what so ever. They give really bad attitudes when they are asked a simple question. I had many confrontations with the office attendant. People are paying for a service. It is not given for free, so for that reason they need to learn how to take care of a customer, and learn to treat people with respect.

The certification I got from there was recognize in my country I’m from Colombia, and I went back for a couple off month and I present it that certification in the university from Colombia and they gave me credits for that certification.
