No real issue - main gripes - the Aircon air runs over bed and made bed seem chilly. Room was exceptionally dim due to position at back of hotel

Lifts are an odd setup - you wouldn't be aware you could get to the lobby from the side lift as it says restaurant, yet get across to the main lifts you wouldn't be aware you can get to the restaurant.

Also the refreshments eg coffee were poor...

The restaurant/ game room was wonderful, but rooms are rather small. Love the tables with chess boards.

We loved staying here! We loved the older theme to match its history but still with upscale modern amenities. The 4 different bars/lounge/restaurants were all awesome in their own way. The rooms were great and the views were awesome. My only complaint is that I couldn't get ice unless I called for guest services but ohh well it wasn't a big deal.

hip Edwardian locker room vibe

We picked the hotel for its unique history and loved everything about it. Great location, interesting restaurants (overrun by millenials...be warned!), and a Shake Shack in the lobby! The location across from Millenium Park is amazing and the views from the rooftop restaurant, Cindy's are beyond amazing. Its old, its new, its a great place to stay!
