Not my regular place but if I need a polish change I pop in. Yesterday I came in and was told 5 min. A few min later some ladies came in for a mani pedi. No one had an appointment. The guy skipped over me attend to the women who came in. I tried to get his attention and he deliberately ignored me proceeding to serve the other customers. I walked out and went to Chan's across the street.

I will definitely not be going back here. A friend and I got the Groupon or LivingSocial deal for the pedicure and no-chip manicure, and it was still too expensive. The place seemed dirty, and they seemed very unorganized with different nail techs coming in and switching places and tapping each other out for whatever reason. I went to Chic recently for a manicure. I used to go there when it was Crystal Nails (up until a few months ago) and I was surprised to see the change of management. What a disappointment with Chic. The nail tech was rude. She sped through my nails and did not do a good job. It chipped within 1 day. The tech also pushed other services (pedicure, waxing, etc.) And the massage lasted 25...

Overall i enjoyed the experience. I had received good professional treatment. The only thing that bothered me was that i did not get anything to drink (like i get in other places).
