Food and service were top of the line. It was 1 degree outside but the smothered pork chop, BBQ chicken, fried cat fish, Mac and cheese, greens, rice and yams were HOT!

Horrible service for the price. 15 dollars for bad cooked chicken and horrible sides. Poor customer service. Would never recommend.

I was hungry and tired of the same old menue everywhere else. Chic Cafe made me a special order and had it ready by the time I got there. The food was excellent and I could tell the staff was really tired from a long day but kept a smile and were adamant at my feeling satisfied. That I appreciated considering a few reviews I read. The first time I went, it was nice and the food was pretty good. I went today (11/17/15), and it wasn't good! I ordered fried perch and French fries, which come with a side, so I got dressing. The fries we cold and not cooked all the way, the fish was hard on the outside and not fully cooked on the inside (cooked too fast), and the cornbread Patty on my plate was cold also.
