Food fit for a king. Family had raved about Cheung's, but I didn't pay it any mind. I decided that I wanted to try something new and I was already nearby so I decided to stop by. Cheung's may be small-stature Chinese Food restaurant but make no mistake - the food and service is extraordinary. I would shortly find out that the owner / head chef of Cheung's is a man named John from Hong Kong....
