Customer beware! I am a first time customer and the service was less than stellar. Although the people were nice and professional when I called, the communication was all one way...that is, me calling to get a status on the repairs. The guy working on my computer twice promised to call me back later in the day with an update and never did. After initially telling me that I'd have my computer...

These guys are the real deal. I'll never take my business anywhere else. There is no reason to go anywhere else if you live in and or around Crofton. Forget Dell and Gateway.

Very happy with this company, It's hard to find an honest computer repair shop. Fixed two of my systems and even told me I didnt need to upgrade- Honest
Will use them for my business as well...
