This is all very odd and is prob. going to sound very weird but this situation above is quite similar to what happened to me yet I did not author it. I hired CherryOne to host and program my business' website back in Oct 08. I had many service type of issues in the beginning and very poor attitude/getting back to me about stuff but I chalked it up to them being busy...after all I heard they were pretty good.
