The spring on our garage door broke. We called at 7 the next day. They would have even come the day it broke, which was a holiday, but for double time. Ours was not an emergency, so called the next day. We called at 7. They were here at 10:10. Gone by 10:40.

The person answering the phone was polite and friendly. she said they most often recommended that you replace both springs when one breaks as historically the other would most likely break soon after and require another trip charge. I debated but went ahead and agreed . She said they still had one spot open to come out the same day. I could not be here...
