Has some very good Civil War memorabilia and history photos. Was featuring an exhibit on the Elmira Confederate Prison Camp, which was the Andersonville of the North. At the Woodlawn Cemetery, you can see 3,000 of their graves.
They also offer a carriage tour around town as part of your admission, which I didn't go on.
It is nice to see some very dedicated people's passion translated into a really nice experience. The folks that run the museum are always willing to help out community wide efforts.
