I Stay here for 3 months.
For 13 nights I ate frozen food.
One night I came back at 11:30pm and the host cut off hot water in the half way of my shower.
And it's only my second time come back after 7:00pm
Once the host agreed to give me a very important drive but then she turned it down at 11pm the day before the due day because she said she was tired and couldnt get up next morning(9:00am). And I asked her how can I get another ride at this late and the host said I was outside this late (11pm) and it's not considerate. So she just dont care.

Had a great experience. Usually dont like to get my carpets cleaned because it is always a hassle. They made the process simple. Their quote was the price I paid. No Pressure NO Up charge. Great cleaning job. They also educated me on how to keep the carpets cleaner. Why they soil faster and gave me tips to keep the carpets looking good. Thanks
