I currently live at Chelsea Landmark, it's a beautiful luxury high rise residential building. I have a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. My apartment is amazing, I have huge closets, a washer/dryer, dishwasher and great big windows. It is spacious and cozy and I just love living here. As a tenant I have access to an amazing rooftop, with spectacular views of NYC.

Great building --perfect location, modern amenities, friendly and responsive staff, well behaved residents - mostly young professionals in their 30s/40s. Apartments are well laid out, have great views (especially east side), and are very quiet. The roof deck is absolutely spectacular!!Highly recommended.
