Chef Ron is one of those people you meet and immediately feel comfortable around. His love for food is contagious, and he does everything in his power to make his client's experience an enjoyable one. I took advantage of his private culinary training. We spent the day shopping for fresh ingredients at the Portland farmer's market, learning various cooking techniques, making sauces, and eating the dinner that night with guests. Chef Ron's attention to detail and perfect execution make him a top Portland chef. I would highly reccomend him for any of your culinary needs.
