Excellent in the *past* but I think this restaurant has closed

We tried to make a reservation here last month for our anniversary since we had such pleasant experiences there in the past 13 or so years. Phone disconnected. Unfortunate. The restaurant will be missed.

Fun location in a cute restaurant. The food here was only mediocre. In the years past it used to be one of the premier local restaurants. Times have changed!

This little charming place a few miles outside of town is EXCELLENT. Quiet, easy to talk to your companion, great food.

We went to Chef in the Forest for the first time last Sunday to celebrate my son's birthday. It was a nice up to Hauser Lake, and really made it feel like we were getting away from it all.
