Okay I can say that they are very aware of celiac and can give you a safe meal. They even have gluten free bread. I made the mistake and ordered a salmon burger on gluten free bread. I never order fish in a restaurant and don't know why I did. I don't like fishy tasting fish and sadly my salmon...

The cheeseburgers were good and everyone enjoyed the "diner" experience. It was a little pricier than I felt it was worth but all in all, good food. The salad was really good.

Thanks for the kind words on the shakes. As far as the beef goes, we are mandated by the franchisor and are not allowed to season the beef. However, with over 25 free toppings you have the chance to create your own flavor profile. I hope that you will consider visiting us again in the near future!
