Great company. I called to schedule an appointment and had to wait till the next morning since they had a full schedule, but no worries very much worth the wait. I got a phone call from the plumber Charles, and he said he had a cancellation which is rare, so lucky me I didnt have to wait.
I am amazed at the professionalism from these guys. I have called plumbers out before and well they were "plumbers" crack, gross and all.
All I can say about my experience with Checkered Flag Plumbing is it was a great one and I will not feel scared to call on them next time.
This company thus far is the most trustworthy company I had called several other plumbing companies before and other companies tried selling me a huge job not related to my plumbing issue. I then called Checkered Flag as my last estimator and they gave me a reasonable quote that I could afford. The job was done very quickly and no mess was left behind. It was a great experience and service.
What a nightmare? Called them because of the clogged problem in the toilet and sink and they just ran the camera outside the main pipe to sell you a big job and not solving a problem. They told me that the main sewage had a misalignment at a certain point and they can't pass that point so in order to do anything they need to dig at that place and make a clear point which costs me $2400. I was expecting when they dig up there would be leakage at that point since it's clay pipe and and stress or misalignment would cause leaking but when they dig it out, there was not leakage and the pipe...
I called this morning about 9:30 am to make an appointment for a plumber to come an unclog my shower. The receptionist said it would be about 60-90 minutes for a plumber to come to my location. Within 40 minutes the plumber arrive. He was polite and diagnosed my problem, the price was very satisfactory. I cannot say that i have gotten this treatment before, but i will be recommending them in the future.
The service call was great. It was fast and easy. What I thought would cost a lot of money and take forever was done in one day. And the price was very affordable. I have kept Checkered Flags number for future references. Give them a try.
I called at 2:15 pm to get a service call for my clogged drain. I was afraid that they were not going to be able to get to my home quickly. The receptionist told me that the technician will be dispatched promptly and arrive to my home within an hr. It was 2:57 when the technician arrived, I was very surprised. It was quick and the price was great. No emergency fee or service call fee was added to my work. I would recommend this company to friends and relatives.
