A charming cottage on Cass St. houses the friendliest chic stylist in Monterey. Kayhan does it all--expert cuts, head-turning color, beautiful eyebrow shaping, and the perfect makeup for any occasion. A Godsend! I found her through a friend of mine right when I got in town, and I won't go anywhere else. All of the friends I've brought here have left smiling and loved the many compliments...
