This place is number 1 for quality! And their customer service is beyond all of my expectations. At first, I was skeptical because of old reviews online, but word of mouth was all 5 stars. I figured to bring a pair of pants to be shortened to try them out because location is convenient as well. I walked in and was greeted first thing by a very happy gentlemen named Joe. Enjoyed the small talk...

Unsatisfactory Hem Work

I was disappointed to find one pair of my pants with uneven, messy stitching on the hemline, another with two different length legs and noticeable stitching where there shouldn't be any, and a third with thread sticking out the end of the leg! (It appears that if I cut this off the whole hem is going to start unraveling) To be fair, the last pair was fine.
I was especially displeased that one of my pants was misplaced due to a lost tag, and the whole order was not ready until several days after it was supposed to be, and no one called as they said they would.

HORRIBLE! They charged me $50 for two coats to be cleaned and a button to be fixed. The staff is rude and didn't not give me an estimate when I asked for one-it took them OVER A WEEK to get an ITEM CLEANED. DO NOT GO HERE!
