Chase is a wonderful bank-Heloc.great! Credit card.great. Service.great. Only problem I have had was I opened a checking account on November 26, on November 28 I received a coupon for $150 if I opened a checking account, so I called my bank and they said it was too late. 2 days? I was very disappointed.

Do not do important business with Chase. When I ended my auto lease with JPMorgan chase, I did not receive any bill or phone call from chase, and after a while they referred me to a collection agency. While they had my phone number and address (as a matter of fact I had three other accounts with chase at that time), t...hey did not give me a single phone call to inform me that I owe some money...
