Came in to open a new account. Was told by the teller that we need an appointment and next appointment is 4 days later. Confused why Chase no longer want new deposits.

Bekah was my teller today and cashed a bunch of old savings bonds I had forgotten about. Took awhile, but she handled it gracefully and got it all straightened out. Thank you!
