I've banked at Chase Bank for as long as they've been in Park City, and have never had a problem with ANY employee, and have heard that Gert is a good employee with excellent reviews.

I find it questionable what this Daniel Kirk has to say. I have lived in Park City for a long time and never heard of him. I looked him up and can't find him. Most dissatisfied customers would ask to see a manager but not this person.....he writes a review? I find this strange. I know this employee. This person who had (or has) stage four breast cancer.Ironic what has happened to her...

I really like this bank and it deserves 5 stars, but I gave it only 3 stars for one reason....occasional utter complete lack of acceptable customer service. However, I find that I have only experienced this with one particular employee by the name of Gertrude.
