Do not bother ever calling in. I called in to ask a question, partially answered my question but not fully and then got hung up on. Called back, they took my name and number and didn't call back....

So. Yet another reason why I don't bank with Chase and don't recommend anyone else do it. I walked into a bank with cash to make a deposit. They don't allow deposits with cash unless you are the account holder. I was told by the banker its to prevent money laundering. I would have to go to a currency exchange (because if I don't have an account I can't buy a money order either) and come back....

I LOVE Chase Bank! But this morning Katie wanted to cash in $25 worth of coin. I was told they no longer have a coin counter and only accept rolled coins at ALL locations. WHAT?!?!?!?! Why on earth would the best bank take a step backwards in convience and efficiency????? Katie didn't have enough of all the coins to roll it all. So we went to another bank and were able to exchange it. What is...
