Chase has a notice in their terms and conditions that says you will not receive an overdraft fee if the overdraft is less than $5 and if it is more than $5 you've got until 8pm that business day...

Worst bank ever. One person calls in s sick and you get a line of people almost out the door. Only one slow teller. Now the line is to the door!
