I have been a Chase card holder and account holder since 2009, so for 10 years. I had such a bad customer service experience here that I will not set foot inside this branch again and will likely not do my banking with Chase. If you want to go with Chase, find another branch.

I printed checks here before, and my wife applied for a credit card here today and we had a good experience. Ariel helped us make the best decision for us, as opposed to forcing us with a certain card, and her personality was warm and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this branch based on my experiences with their staff.

Smallest branch they have with impersonal tellers with a lack of personality and absolutely no parking 5 to be exact two that are handicap accessible that's it.

Teeny tiny Chase, with parking at a premium (seriously, there are only about 6 parking spots and 3 are handicap). If you can manage to get a spot, welcome aboard to your typical Chase bank...
