I have been banking at this location for quite some time. The majority of the interactions are good and with polite. However on multiple occasions I've had to deal with the most miserable teller....

Sent me promo-- OPEN a new account with direct deposit, get $100

Guy said all paperwork was good. One week later my check was deposited into old BANK.

I go to Chase, guy said, "you have to fill out direct deposit paperwork with YOUR BOSS. I couldn't do it"

PLUS, Since I NOW didn't have minimum amount of money in CHASE account, they charged monthly $10 fee and because I had NO money...
