Have you sitting and ask a thousand and one question why you want to close the your account. It does matter just close it. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone they full of shit

Expect a long wait. Customer service is disappointing. Went in to have document notarized. Waited 30 to 40 minutes for something that takes 5 minutes to complete.

Presented a check drawn on this bank to the Fletcher Ave branch to be cashed. They would not cash their customer's check unless I paid them an $8.00 fee. Any institution this fee hungry deserves the one star salute. Beware of hidden banking fees!
